James leads new launch projects, working closely with Founder Partners from the outset to help shape, design and test concepts and oversees all facets of the build to ensure the new firm is delivered on time and within budget. Once launched, James takes on a COO and strategic role helping ensure clients achieve their objectives, maximise profitability and have an effective operational platform as they grow.

Mike supports proposition development, business planning and fundraising activity for our launch clients. For more established clients his role covers strategy, financing, go-to-market, pricing, compensation design and performance improvement. Mike’s background is in strategy consulting, commercial due diligence and early stage venture capital investing.

Jonathan joined Kindleworth in 2014 and is a qualified accountant and experienced finance officer. Jonathan leads our Finance and Accounting function for Kindleworth, working with founding partners to help them establish their budgets and monthly reporting whilst building their finance operational processes, controls, and systems.

Frances leads on HR, working with founding partners to help them establish their firm with the right resource, at the right time, as well as helping them shape the culture and people practices that will attract and retain the talent they need to succeed.

Tom leads the Risk & Compliance team, which helps firms to launch and to manage their regulatory and legal obligations in the UK and beyond. Tom was previously the Head of Risk & Compliance at an international firm and through Kindleworth has been involved in setting up new firms, directing compliance and advising on risk and professional ethics.

Beau leads Technology Services for KW clients as ITD, overseeing Kindleworth Technology. Responsible for all aspects of technical design, implementation, and ongoing support, Beau ensures seamless IT solutions tailored to client needs.

Clodagh is a Partner in our Risk & Compliance team. She helps clients navigate applicable legal and regulatory requirements whilst we help clients build and launch their new firms, and thereafter post launch. Clodagh joined Kindleworth in 2017 having completed a training contract at a London law firm and working in the conflicts team of a Magic Circle firm.

Laura is the fractional HRD for multiple Kindleworth clients. Laura works strategically with client leadership teams to help them successfully build their people culture and talent, whilst also ensuring the Kindleworth team is delivering their firm’s day to day HR requirements. Laura joined Kindleworth in 2018 having held HR roles within leading UK and International law firms.
