Our Approach

Immersive, proactive and pragmatic.

No matter the task or how the project evolves, the team at Kindleworth will anticipate, consider, design and execute for you. We seek to shield our clients from external attention, administration and distraction, whilst providing first class advice and empathetic support.

Our enduring client relationships evolve over time, adapting our support to their changing needs as they grow. We’re ready to offer unique commercial terms, including fixed fees and retainers with cash management-friendly payment terms and structures that align our returns with our clients’ long-term goals.

We understand the sensitive nature of our projects, operate with integrity and empathy, and encourage our Kindleworth team to contribute their diverse perspectives constructively for our clients’ benefit. Instead of a loose group of consultants offering remote advice, Kindleworth offers law firms a dedicated, integrated team that becomes simply part of the business.

The Team

Our 40-strong team covers all key functions from board-level to ground-level. We advise, but – most importantly – we do.

Mike’s background is in strategy consulting, commercial due diligence and early stage venture capital investing.

Jonathan Skelton
