Tom Arrowsmith

Tom leads the Risk & Compliance team, which helps firms to launch and to manage their regulatory and legal obligations in the UK and beyond. Tom was previously the Head of Risk & Compliance at an international firm and through Kindleworth has been involved in setting up new firms, directing compliance and advising on risk and professional ethics.

The Risk & Compliance team at Kindleworth is a highly experienced and respected resource, providing expert advice and managing compliance through hands-on support, policy frameworks and systems. Working with that team and with the law firm’s senior management and compliance officers, Tom’s role is to ensure day-to-day obligations are managed effectively whilst constantly scanning the horizon for changes in best practice and for risks to the business.
