James Hacking

James leads new launch projects, working closely with Founder Partners from the outset to help shape, design and test concepts and oversees all facets of the build to ensure the new firm is delivered on time and within budget. Once launched, James takes on a COO and strategic role helping ensure clients achieve their objectives, maximise profitability and have an effective operational platform as they grow. Additionally, James leads a variety of consulting projects for both new as well as established and growing firms. Prior to establishing Kindleworth, James’ career took him through HR, Business Development, Risk Management & Compliance, Project Management and Head of Operations roles at SJ Berwin and Olswang.
