Frances leads on HR, working with founding partners to help them establish their firm with the right resource, at the right time, as well as helping them shape the culture and people practices that will attract and retain the talent they need to succeed. Once launched, Frances, supported by a team of HR professionals, leads on all HR management and operational tasks including policies and procedures, resource planning and recruitment, onboarding, benefits, career development, compensation and reward. Prior to joining Kindleworth, Frances developed her career working for major professional and financial services firms, including those in the legal, consulting and banking sectors. During that time, Frances performed several roles from leading and managing an in-house HR function, to working with global project teams supporting international acquisitions with a focus on due diligence and integration.
